Being an events venue, Mimosa has the benefit of being able to offer exclusive venue hire on most week days and has the added advantage of two rooms, both beneficially equipped for corporate functions and delegate events.
Centrally located in Bournemouth, Mimosa is just off the main Wessex Way into Bournemouth, has convenient 24 hour parking almost across the road and is ten minutes walk to Bournemouth train and coach station, ideal for delegates coming from further afield.
We offer half day and full day hire with exclusive use of both function rooms plus full catering to keep guests and delegates full and focused. Our half day delegate package is just £23 (Plus VAT) per person and our whole day hire is £30 (plus VAT) per person (with a minimum delegate number of just 15) Contact us for availability

Half Day Hire 9am - 1:30pm

Our Half Day Delegate Package gives private hire of both function rooms from 9am to 1:30pm and includes a mid morning full Brunch Buffet extensively made up of a selection of warm and cold brunch items including pancakes, bacon, syrups, waffles, continental meats & cheeses, croque monsieur, fruit salad, bagels, smoke salmon & cream cheese croissants, eggs, hash browns, yoghurt, granola & berry pots, pastries, breakfast wraps, BLT sandwiches, avocado toast, frittata, and other brunch delights plus jugs of juice and unlimited tea & coffee

Both our half day and full day delegate packages include unlimited tea & coffee throughout the day, bowls of mints and fruit plus jugs of iced water & lemon on the table.
Facilities
Both of our function rooms are equipped with a full PA system and microphones, plus TV/Monitor screens . Our downstairs room also has a projector and can be a black out room.
We have male and female toilets on the ground floor with our downstairs toilets under progress to be ready for the summer.
Both function rooms have a fully licensed bar, ideal for networking.
Full Day Hire 9am - 5pm
£30pp plus VAT
Our Full Day Delegate Package gives private hire of both function rooms from 9am to 5pm and includes tea, coffee and Breakfast wraps on arrival. At lunch, we serve a two course hot buffet lunch of pasta and pizza plus an indulgent dessert selection and mid afternoon we serve a selection of cakes.
Venue Benefits
Our downstairs function room has the benefit of being a complete black out room and has theatre seating for 45 delegates for projector presentations. It also has both casual and formal seating, making it an ideal space for private requirements such as interviews and one to one assessments.
Our ground floor function room has a direct external entrance and natural daylight throughout. It has a stage, suitable for presentations and is a configurable meeting space that can be set up with boardroom seating for up to 24 delegates, or U shaped seating. We can also accommodate up to 70 guests for formal dining in this room.
